Ana´s Tape Recorder
Last week I went to visit Ana Thiel at her workshop in San Miguel de Allende. Ana is a mexican artist who works with glass and mixed media to create her sculptures. I was there with Anapauz to shoot video and photo for a project we are working on at Casablanca Colectivo.
As you can tell, while we were shooting and exploring Ana´s workshop I suddenly stumble upon an old tape recorder, I was very excited when I saw it and even more when I heard it playing music. The fidelity in sound that you could get back in the day with cassettes was amazing. So, since we are talking about cassette players I decided to include on this post two mixtapes I compiled not too long ago on Mixcloud, I hope you´ll enjoy them.
